 Hi,

We are following Architecture.
We have two Server.
DB Server : - Windows 2008, MS-SQL 2005 32 bit.
Application Server : - Windows 2003

We are installing remote component of Service Desk on DB server. It is giving us a following error.

The program or feature "\??\E:\CA SDM DVD1 (F)\DVD1 CA Service Desk Manager, r12.1 for Windows(1 of 2)\CASD.nt\java\jre\bin\javaw.exe"
cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit version of Windows.
Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

Please suggest...
