Web Screen Painter Updating Menubar for Analysts

In R11, we loaded with ITIL but because we aren't using anything but requests right now, took a lot of stuff off the menu. We had to leave one of incidents or problems on the menu to make the menus work though.

I tried to do the same thing when we upgraded to 11.2. Using the Analyst, Default page, I took off several things that were fine, but when I took off File, New Incidents; File, New Incidents and Search, Incidents [but left problems on the menus], received error:
AHD04407:Service Desk html generation error. Could not find or process 'sd_main.htmpl'. and
AHD04709: Internal parser stack error: expected PDM_IF and found Parsed_Htmpl_root at sd_main.htmpl[1].

Any suggestions?
